Shipping and Returns

We use USPS to ship Woof Water products.  Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered.  We currently ship to all 50 states but do not ship internationally.  If you are an international customer, please inquire at info@getwoofwater.com to see if we can get one to you.

Having the best gear for your dog means a lot to us.  If something goes wrong with any of your Woof Water products, we want to make sure we get it right.  If you have any issues, please contact us first at info@getwoofwater.com so we can try to resolve the problem.  We proudly offer a 5 year warranty on our products and we stand behind their quality.

We proudly hand make all Woof Water products right here in the USA.  This also means, small cosmetic blemishes are OK with us (that don’t affect their performance).  You might see little black specs, a visible parting line or small scratches in the bottle—this is just a function of the molding process and the hand finishing of the bottle.  This is completely safe and won’t affect bottle function.  Same goes for the Woof Water Jacket and Leash—each one is hand sewn.  Hand sewing obviously isn’t as accurate as a machine so we are OK with giving our sewer a little wiggle room if a seam or label is slightly off.
